Innovation begins with a practical question:
What need are we seeking to meet, and what knowledge can we draw on?
This question guides our scientific approach to hormonal and reproductive health.
Science-driven: guided by
science.
We review the evidence from the fields of physiology, nutrition, medicine and the study of plant-based substances, taking into account its relevance and the level of evidence available.
Specify the issue under consideration and the population concerned before formulating an answer.
Analyse the available data, the formulations and their conditions of use.
Distinguish between knowledge about an ingredient, data specific to a formulation, and the results of a human assessment.
Present the results in their context, along with their limitations, without turning a hypothesis into a conclusion.
Our areas of research focus in particular on perimenopause and endometriosis. They address different issues and are distinct from the food supplements featured in our range. For each programme we publish, our aim is to clearly set out the issue being studied, the stage of development and the available scientific information.
Our long-term vision is to gain a better understanding of how needs change during hormonal transitions. We call this approach the Hormonal Transition Platform, or HTP.
In the long term, it could draw on a longitudinal intelligence system – the Hormonal Transition Intelligence System, or HTIS – to bring together observations and research findings.
